4. the use of affidavits in evidence

5. drawing adverse inferences

and preliminary work on

6. default judgments

7. assessment of damages

my head is a box full of legislation. aaaand case law.

KITTY TIME NOW:

anyasy has a new adorable blue-point Birman kitten. It's the loveliest thing in all the world (this and this are my favourite pictures), except maybe for little_ribbon's Milo. Also, youtube video of kitten antics here. I COULD STARE AT IT FOREVER. lolcat here.

            OH YES. ♥ Vertical Horizon is a band I'll always love trulymadlydeeply for You're A God and Everything You Want. And of course, they have a lot of amazing songs, too, but those two - even though they're hits! - mean a lot to me. I own the Everything You Want album, and I still find I love the music now - perhaps even more now! - as much as I did back then.

  It's okay, see: I'm stupid too.
  
  B-but, I worked an 8-hour shift on my DAY OFF and I worked on May 2nd which is a PUBLIC HOLIDAY when about EVERYTHING (including super markets like Carrefour!) except Wijnegem Shopping Center is closed. FJQKLJQSKJSKLS.
  
  Coming home to find Milo on your LJ makes it all better, though! ♥!
  
  anyasy's little kitten is just THE MOST ADORABLE THING ever. He/she is super gorgeous - I looove the eyes and the mittens. Those pictures remind me of Syl when she was younger (but Syl is a seal point Ragdoll), and it makes me a little sad because I missed Milo's cute kitten phase... he was already a little bigger when he came home with me. =)

    Milo is gorgeous! I hope Russ keeps his colors when he grows older, but I heard Birmans might turn a little yellowish gold.
    
    The Birman kitten phase is exhausting, particularly since the other half and I are both first time cat owners :O Russ has yet to learn not to claw us in play to the point of bleeding...

    *grin* If you'd had Milo during the kitten phase, we'd have had a MILLION MILO PICTURES. And yes, anyasy's kitten is such a charmer. But I am horrible and think that Milo will always have my heart first because he's a red point, and I'm not so into the blue points. I LIKE WARMTH IN COLOURS AND EVERYTHING. INCLUDING KITTENS.
    
    DEARHEART, YOU ARE NOT STUPID. Finding the leave a comment link on a new layout is not always easy: especially when it's tiny, as it is here! ♥
