Reborn - Yamamoto CHIBITA
I am so exhausted right now, but I just wanted to say:

Even if I had to stare at Puzzleshipping pictures for three hours straight to do it, IT IS DONE. Also because it is clearly canon to stay up all night attempting this. I have such tiny hands, what the hell. Because I am spatially challenged, it took me eight years several tries to do it right, but it is done done done. I was so tired at the end of it that I was starting to hold the thing upside down while completing it and wondering why it looked different and only belatedly realising that it was because I was holding it upside down, and even now it feels like there's a distant fire roaring in my head somewhere, so sleep soon, but this just, you know, needed to be said.

I don't need it, but I think it is necessary to have that Sennen Item there. You know. For the spirit of things.

Today's day at the office started at 8.30am and ended at 8.45pm (long story there, which resulted in me having to cancel a dinner appointment (I am so sorry dear, we will meet up very soon again!), which made me all kinds of a little bit miserable, because I dislike cancelling, and I especially dislike cancelling for work), but, dinner was unexpected and good and best of all fun, in which many new things were learned. And then I came home and started getting ready for tomorrow.

The biggest workspace in my home is the dining table, and because my brother was coming home from the army (yay!) tonight, it meant that the family was all congregated around the table - drinking tea and kicking ass, reading, talking, looking askance at the reason I had to take up half the table.

I think my favourite comment of the night came from the sibling, who took one look at what I was making (and it wasn't even three-dimensional yet) and said, instantly, "I wonder why I feel so very comfortable in leather?"

I suppose the objectively funnier comments came from the other sibling and my mom:

Other sibling: "What is that?"
Mom: *blithely* "A handbag."

Me: *just about to seal the puzzle* *gazes inside* "I hope there isn't anything else I have to do in there."
Mom: "And you know what he (the sibling) is going to do tonight? He's going to sneak into your room, open it up, and put a little bell inside."
Me: "NO."
Mom: "And then tomorrow, wherever you go, you're going to be tinkle tinkle tinkle, and then you're going wonder, 'Where is that noise coming from?!'"

... even if I have to sleep with the puzzle tonight to keep it safe, THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

See you all at SOY tomorrow, and if I'm a total zombie, it's Malik's fault.

....They actually make Millennium Puzzle puzzles? O.o Why didn't I know this?? Or...did you make the Puzzle? I'm...confused. But *congratulations*, either way.
*snickers at the thought of Yami Yugi running along with a jingling bell*
Hey - if you stuck a bell inside the Puzzle while Yugi was completeing it, would it show up in Yami's soulroom? *has visions of Yami Yugi running through his labrynth being chased by a giant bell-boulder Indiana Jones style*
I'm...just gonna go sit and cackle in the corner now, quite gleefully to myself. ^^ maybe try and finish the one-shot for Jou's birthday? (Which should've been posted YESTERDAY, incidentally...)

They actually do have Millenium Puzzle puzzles: here! I've seen children's toys and YGO party favours that are Millenium Puzzles, too, so yes, it is in existence! ;) Mine, however, was made by me - out of cardboard.

*LAUGHS!* I never thought of the bell showing up in Yami's soulroom! It's a hilarious idea! I imagine him staring at it, saying suspiciously, "Aibou... this is...?"

But Yami fleeing the giant bell-boulder is A BRILLIANT IDEA.

! You know, I quite forgot it was Jou's birthday and didn't realise it until the 27th - two days late? MAN. I need to be better at this fangirling thing. He's my favourite and I only just realised I missed his birthday?

ALSO! You!fic for Jou's birthday sounds all kinds of amazing! I eagerly anticipate it and look forward to being able to read it! *smiles*
